Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return an item, please review our return policy below. These terms are in place to ensure transparency and to protect both you as the customer and us as a small independent brand.

1. Eligibility
 • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
 • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and free of odors, stains, or any signs of use.
 • The original tag must remain attached to the item.
Returns of items with removed or detached tags will not be accepted, even if the tag is included separately in the package.
 • The item must be returned in its original packaging, if it was provided.

2. Return Shipping Costs
 • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense when the item:
 • meets the stated characteristics and does not have a manufacturing defect;
 • was not sent in error by us.
 • We do not reimburse return shipping costs if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or expected a different fit, style, or product details.

3. Refunds
 • A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
 • The refund will cover the merchandise value only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 • If the item arrives damaged due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. How to Return
 • Please return the item using UPS or another postal service approved by us.
 • Clearly mark the parcel as “Return of goods” to avoid delays and additional customs fees.
 • Please contact us before sending any return to ensure proper handling.

5. Important
 • We are not responsible for returns sent without prior notice.
 • If the above conditions are not met — including a missing or detached tag or any visible signs of wear — we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
 • By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
